Confirm your design and placement, then let the manufacturing process begin!

RECEIVE ORDER
All orders arrive at your specified address within 3 weeks from approved mockup.

Where can my logo be imprinted?
Our custom design allows you to do more than simply place your logo, you can incorporate your logo and its placement into your complete graphic design should you choose.
Can I see a sample with my logo before confirming?
While we cannot provide a single graphically designed item with your unique design, you will be asked to approve a digital mockup sample photo before our production team moves forward with your full order.
Do I qualify for a discount?
We offer volume pricing discounts on qualifying orders. Contact us to find out the exact volume pricing information for each style you are interested in.
What is your minimum order requirement?
Our minimum order is as follows:
SLIM - 24pcs
PHONE 2.0 - 24pcs
TABLET - 10pcs
TABLET XL - 10pcs
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms will be 50% down and remaining payment in full when items ship, because it is custom work there are no cancellations or refunds. Payments by credit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
How do I review a sample before confirming?
If you're considering a large order, we encourage you to order a sample of the item to make sure the product meets your needs. While we do not offer complimentary samples, they are 100% refundable as long as there is no personalization on the sample. Samples can be purchased directly through the website.
How long will it take to get my order?
Lead times for the custom orders will be 3 weeks.
Larger orders require a 90 day lead time.
