It’s that time of year again! The annual Wisconsin Fishing Expo is this weekend, February 25th through the 27th. Each year over 20,000 attendees from all over the Midwest come to the Alliant Energy Center Exposition Hall, in Madison for this tradition. The event itself is geared towards promoting the sport of fishing to enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels. Being in the outdoors fishing with family and friends creates memories to last a life time, that video games and cell phones cannot compare to.
Wisconsin Fishing Expo: A Fun Family Event
The Wisconsin Fishing Expo offers hundreds of exhibitors—including unique products, top leading brands of the industry, boats for sale, fishing experiences, and more! Bring your family and build a lifetime hobby and love of fishing while learning tons from our expert speakers. The first 500 kids will get fish bingo cards which they can trade in for a small gift bag. There’s also a trout pond with certain tagged fish for kids to catch for a special prize. Portions of the proceeds from the show even help fund projects that make fishing better right here in the State of Wisconsin.
